Thousands of Scientists Rally Outside of AAAS Conference

Science serves the common good. It protects the health of our communities, the safety of our families, the education of our children, the foundation of our economy and jobs, and the future we all want to live in and preserve for coming generations. But it’s under attack — both science itself, and the unalienable rights that scientists help uphold and protect.

On February 19, more than 3,000 scientists and supporters joined together in Boston’s Copley Square to #StandUpForScience at a rally organized by The Natural History Museum, ClimateTruth.org, scientists and partners. This historic rally builds on the momentum of other scientist-led efforts since the election, and toward the March for Science on April 22.

Stand Up For Science Rally in Boston Feb 19
